Technical Specifications
*Reduces gas with a maximum inlet pressure of 230 bar to 10, 20, or 40 bar outlet pressure.
*Equipped with two valve-connected cylinder inlets, suitable for use with gas cylinders or cylinder bundles.
*Additional cylinders or bundles can be connected via extension ports located on the inlet side using optional valve-connected adapters.
*All components in the system are mounted on high-strength stainless steel sheets.
*A flame arrestor is installed before the ball valve on the outlet line in oxygen systems.
*A manual purge valve located after the regulator allows safe venting of the gas prior to cylinder replacement or maintenance.
*Check valves at both cylinder inlet valves prevent backflow and enhance system safety.
*A line pressure gauge just before the outlet displays line pressure even when the main valve is closed.
*Copper tubing (Ø28 mm) is used from the regulator to the system outlet.
*Pressure relief valves after the regulator safely discharge excess pressure in case of system failure.
