Technical Specifications
*Reduces gas from a maximum inlet pressure of 230 bar to an outlet pressure of 10, 20, or 40 bar.
*Equipped with 2 cylinder connections with valves; suitable for use with individual cylinders or cylinder bundles.
*Additional cylinders or bundles can be connected via the inlet extension ports by purchasing valve-equipped connections.
*All components are mounted on a high-strength stainless steel panel.
*A redundant regulator system allows easy switchover to the backup regulator in case of failure.
*A cabinet equipped with a thermostat-controlled fan heater is used to prevent regulator freezing during winter or under high gas consumption.
*A flame arrestor is positioned before the ball valve in the outlet line of oxygen systems.
*A manual vent valve after the regulator allows safe gas evacuation before cylinder replacement or maintenance.
*Check valves located behind both cylinder connection valves prevent reverse gas flow, enhancing system safety.
*A line pressure gauge positioned right before the outlet shows the internal pressure even when the main valve is closed.
*From the regulator to the outlet, the system is equipped with Ø28 mm copper piping.
